Our Unlimited Service term plans offer you not just steep discounts, but also our Technology Protection Plan. As newer and faster dial-up modem communication standards (such as the V34 to V90 conversoin, or the more recent V90 to V92 conversion) come into the marketplace during those one to three years, you will be automatically upgraded as we introduce them at no charge. Your price of service will never go up during your term. You may also elect to cancel any Unlimited Service term plan at any time and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused term period to the nearest equivalent plan for your actual term time used. For example, if you cancel your three year plan after one year, we credit (refund) you the difference between the price of the one year plan and the price of your three year plan. Thirty days prior notice is required for cancellation, else service is billed at the one month rate for a final one month. One-time setup fees are waived for all Unlimited Service plans equal to or longer than one year. The month-to-month plan carries the full $25 setup fee, unless you are able to completely set it up yourself (meaning that you only need your username, password, and the names of our mail servers during signup, and need no other engineer help setting up your dialup and email). Service turnup takes as little as 5 minutes over the phone with your VISA or MC, and all monthly accounts are billed automatically on a recurring basis to your card each month. Unlimited Service plans are billed in advance for the term to your VISA or MC. Renewals may be paid by personal or business check prior to the expiration of the term by mail. Receipts and notifications of charges will be sent to you via email to your RIVA.NET email address. Checks for initial service will be accepted no less than five days prior to turnup unless special arrangements are made in advance.
